These terms apply when you order a branded Android app (APK) from apk.topsellers.site ("we", "us"). By submitting an order you agree to them.
What we provide
We build a branded, signed Android APK from one of our templates using the app name, package name, server URL and images you supply. We provide the app builder only. We do not supply IPTV channels, playlists, subscriptions or any content, and we do not provide the server your app connects to.
Friendly but important noteOur apps are designed for use by IPTV providers. We do not offer any streaming services or channels. Please don’t purchase expecting to receive an IPTV subscription, as refunds are not possible in these circumstances.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use any name, logo, images and server address you give us.
- You are responsible for the content your app connects to and for complying with the laws that apply to you and your customers.
- Do not use our service for unlawful content, malware, or to infringe other people's rights. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules.
Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is a one-time fee per build, paid in Bitcoin. Bitcoin payments are final once sent, so please check the amount and address before paying. We confirm payment on-chain before we deliver your app.
Delivery
Once payment is confirmed we build and sign your app and send a private download link to the email address you provide. Build times vary, but are usually short. Links may expire; contact us with your order number if yours does.
Using your app
Once delivered, the app is yours to distribute to your own customers. You are responsible for installing, hosting and supporting it. We do not guarantee that an app will be approved by any third-party store or platform.
Liability
We take care to build working apps, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
