Each app is built to order from the details you give us, so we handle refunds as follows.
Friendly but important noteOur apps are designed for use by IPTV providers. We do not offer any streaming services or channels. Please don’t purchase expecting to receive an IPTV subscription, as refunds are not possible in these circumstances.
When we refund
- We cannot deliver your app, or the build fails and we cannot fix it.
- The delivered app does not install or run because of a fault in our build, and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time.
- You paid but did not receive a download link, and we cannot resolve it.
When we fix instead
If the app has a problem we caused (wrong name, package or server URL from what you submitted, a missing image, or a build error), we will rebuild it free of charge.
When we cannot refund
- You ordered expecting an IPTV subscription, channels or any streaming service. We only build the app and provide no content, so refunds are not possible in this case.
- You gave us incorrect details and want a different build. We may offer a new build at the standard price.
- The app works as built but you no longer want it, once it has been delivered.
- Problems caused by your server, playlist, content or device, which are outside our service.
How to ask
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are made in Bitcoin to an address you provide, at the value of your original payment in pounds on the day we agree the refund, so the amount in BTC may differ from what you sent.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have.
